Russian Burgers
6 chicken breasts, chopped
200ml soured cream
150g bread crumbs
pinch of nutmeg
2 eggs
30g butter
2 tbsp oil
parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
1 Whip cream with 50g of bread crumbs.
2 Mix cream, meat, salt and pepper, nutmeg and eggs until you have a dough.
3 Divide the dough into 12 cakes and coat them in bread crumbs.
4 Fry in the pan on butter and oil. Coat in chopped parsley
