Fennel Salad - North Africa

Fennel Salad Recipe From North AfricaINGREDIENTS:
2 big fennel
juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp cumin powder
3 tbsp olive oil                                          
green and black olives, stoned
salt and pepper

1 Mix oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper.

2 Wash and peel fennel. Slice thinly and cut into noodles.

3 Mix fennel with lemon dressing well and leave it to chill for at least 2 hours.

4 Serve with olives and sprinkle with  chopped green part of fennel.
