Waldorf Salad - France
5 cooked potatoes, peeled and diced
3 soured apples, peeled, cored and diced 50g walnuts, grated
50g hazelnut, grated
100g mayonnaise
juice from 1/2 melon
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper
1 Mix nuts with mayonnaise.
2 Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper to your taste.
3 Pour over the potatoes in a bowl. Stir well and leave it to cool.
