Wine Biscuits Recipe From AustriaINGREDIENTS:
250g flour
250g butter                                                             5 tbsp white wine
vanilla sugar

1 Make a dough from flour, butter and wine. Leave it in a cool place for at least 30 minutes.

2 Roll out the dough and cut into the small squares or sticks.

3 Place them on baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake in moderately hot oven until pale.

4 Coat them carefully in vanilla sugar while still warm.



This Wine biscuits are usually served during Christmas time.
