Chicken Wings With Coconut Milk And Bananas - Antilles
INGREDIENTS:
4 small bananas, thinly sliced
marinade:
300ml coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut, grated
1 tsp mixed spice
pinch of red pepper powder
1 Mix all ingredients for marinade and place chicken wings in it. Leave it there for 2-3 hours. Turn the chicken wings occasionally.
2 Grill from both sides.
3 Cook marinade on low heat until thick and place it into separate bowl.
4 Add bananas into the marinade and stir carefully
5 Serve marinade as a dip.
