Fagottini Recipe From ItalyINGREDIENTS:
100g flour
0,05 liter oil
0,1 liter water                                                
4 eggs
salt
120g eidam, grated
oil for frying

1 Mix flour, pinch of salt, oil and water. Make a smooth dough.

2 Divide the dough into 4 even parts and roll out to 4 squares.

3 Divide the cheese and place it on each square. Make a hole in the middle.

4 Break an egg into the each hole.

5 Connect all corners to make a node (fagotto = node)

6 Fry fagottini in a hot oil from both sides with node down first.
