Milk Soup - Spain
INGREDIENTS:
1 liter milk
200g dark bread, diced
80g icing sugar
2 egg yolks
salt
1 Sprinkle bread with sugar and fry on non sticky pan from all sides.
2 Bring milk to boil and salt to your taste. Whip egg yolks in milk.
3 Pour milk mixture over the bread and serve.
