Vegetable Pizza With Eggs - Italy
dough:
300g fresh butter
600g flour
1 white yogurt
filling:
french mustard
200g cheddar
2 onions, sliced
100g mortadela, chopped
1 can of mix vegetables
3 eggs
salt and pepper
parsley, chopped
1 Make a smooth dough from butter, flour and yogurt. Cover it and leave it on a cool place for half hour. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray brushed with oil.
2 Use fork to make a holes in to the dough and brush it with mustard. Sprinkle with part of the cheese.
3 Place onion, mortadela and vegetables on it.
4 Whip the eggs with cheese and salt and pepper. Pour over the pizza and bake until golden brown.
5 Serve hot sprinkled with parsley.
