Vienna Pears Recipe From AustriaINGREDIENTS:
8 pears, peeled with stalk                                 
8 tsp instant coffee
400g sugar
0,25 liter cream
water

1 Cook pears in water with coffee and little bit of sugar.

2 Remove cooked pears and place each of them into the separate glass or bowl.

3 Add the rest of the sugar into the water with coffee and cook until you have thick syrup.

4 Pour the syrup over the pears and place into the fridge for at least 2 hours

5 Serve chilled with cream.
