Baked Mushrooms - Poland
INGREDIENTS:
800g mushrooms, diced
100g butter
50g onion, chopped
0,15 liter cream
50g cheddar, grated
20g bread crumbs
salt and pepper
1 Fry onions in a deep pan on little bit of butter until slightly brown. Add 3 spoons of water and mushrooms.
2 When almost all water is gone salt and pepper to your taste. Stir well.
3 Place the mushrooms into baking dish brushed with butter. Pour the cream over the mixture.
4 Sprinkle with cheese mixed with bread crumbs fried on butter. Add melted butter.
5 Bake until golden brown.
6 Serve with vegetable salad.
