Pork With Eggs - China
500g pork, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
4 eggs, hardboiled, sliced
1 tsp ginger powder
0,1 liter white wine
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 Mix soy sauce, wine, salt, sugar and ginger.
2 Fry pork in deep pan, add water. When all water is gone add soy mixture and cook until soft. Stir occasionally.
3 Mix with eggs and serve.
