500g mutton chops
4 onions, grated
4 mint leaves
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 clove of garlic, grated
breadcrumbs
flour
salt
pinch of clove
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp vinegar
1 egg
oil
1 Mix onion, garlic, vinegar and spices. Brush chops with this mixture from both sides. Leave it covered in a cold place for 2 - 3 hours
2 Coat chops in flour, then whipped egg and then in breadcrumbs. Fry on oil in a pan.
3 Serve with roasted potatoes.
