Soured Potatoes Recipe From GermanySoured Potatoes - Germany

INGREDIENTS:
1kg potatoes, cooked unpeeled                           100g flour
0,25 liter stock
100g bacon, diced
30g butter
vinegar
sugar
salt and whole pepper

1 Peel and slice cooked potato. Bring to boil vinegar with whole pepper.

2 Fry bacon on butter. Add flour. As soon as flour turns yellow add tablespoon of sugar.

3 Add potatoes, salt and add vinegar according to your taste.
