Mushroom Salad - Belgium
INGREDIENTS:
200g macaroni, cooked, chopped
200g soured pickled mushrooms, roughly chopped
200g ham, chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 eggs, boiled, sliced
parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
350g mayonnaise
salt and pepper
sugar
1 Mix macaroni, mushrooms, ham and parsley. Salt and pepper to your taste. Sprinkle with vinegar. Add bit of sugar.
2 Mix with mayonnaise. Stir lightly.
3 Decorate with eggs and tomatoes.
