Beef Soup From Argentina
400g beef
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
50g noodles
500g tomatoes, peeled and chopped
50g grated cheddar
chili
saffron
parsley
pepper and salt
1 Cook and then dice the meat. Keep the stock
2 Fry onion and parsley, add noodles and fry. Add tomatoes and hot stock with meat, chili, saffron, salt and pepper. Cook for couple of minutes, stir regularly.
3 Serve sprinkled with cheese.
