Sausages In Apples RecipeINGREDIENTS:

4 large sausages
4 large cooking apples, cored                      

1 The sausages can be skinned. Press in the center of each apple, score the skin of the apples to prevent them bursting.

2 Bake in the center of a moderate oven 180C/ 350F/ gas4 for 1 hour.
