Almond Cake - Albania

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs

75g almonds, grounded                                     

2 dl milk

200g sugar

saffron

butter, melted

raisins

1 Whip the eggs in a bowl.

2 Mix almonds, milk, sugar, saffron, butter and whipped eggs together.

3 Pour the mixture into a ovenproof basin and bake until done.
