Bavarian Soup - Germany - RecipeINGREDIENTS:
300g streaky pork, chopped
1 tbsp cooking fat
1 onion, chopped
150g peas
150g oat groats
1 glove garlic, crushed                                 
paprika
pinch marjoram
pepper and salt

1 Boil separately washed and soaked peas and groats until soft for 90 minutes. Then mix them together.

2 Meanwhile fry onion, add pork and fry quickly.

3 Add mixture of onion and pork into the bowl with peas and groats.

4 Add all spices and garlic and cook until done. Salt and pepper to your taste.
