Shrimp Curry Dumplings - India
300g shrimps, cooked
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 egg
breadcrumbs
parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp chilli
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp curry powder
1 lemon
oil
salt
1 Mix minced meat from cook shrimps with onion, salt, garlic, chilli, ginger, curry powder and parsley.
2 Form small dumplings, dip them in a whipped egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
3 Fry on oil and when done sprinkle with lemon juice.
