Tuna Steak With Grilled Peppers - Turkey
INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 liter water
6 tbsp olive oil
2 orange peppers, halved and seedless
2 red peppers, halved and seedless
12 black olives
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
1 Place tuna steak in lemon juice with water for couple of minutes.
2 Pour olive oil over tuna steaks and salt and pepper to your taste.
3 Grill orange and red peppers for 12 minutes, peel them when cold.
4 Pour rest of the olive oil over grilled and peeled peppers, add balsamic vinegar and olives.
5 Grill tuna steaks for 15 minutes.
