Bean Soup - Brazil

Bean Soup Recipe From Brazil
INGREDIENTS:
175g beans
1,25 liter water
200g carrot, diced
1 onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed                           
1 chilli pepper, chopped
1 liter vegetable stock
2 tomatoes, diced
2 stalk of celery, chopped
1 tbsp coriander

1 Leave beans in water over the night. Then cook in a pot and with lid until soft ( use fresh water for cooking.)

2 Add carrot, onion and chilli, cover with lid and cook for 30 minutes.

3 Use food processor for half of the soup and return the mixture back to the pot.

4 Add tomatoes and celery and cook for additional 10-15 minutes.

5 Sprinkle with coriander and serve with diced bread fried on oil.
