Tarator Soup - Bulgaria
1 liter sour cream
100g yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled, diced
1 tsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp walnuts, grounded
2 tbsp oil
dill, chopped
pepper and salt
1 Mix cream with yogurt. Add cucumber, salt and pepper to taste and vinegar.
2 Add garlic and dill. Stir well
3 Serve sprinkled with walnuts and oil.
