Almond Pretzels - Serbia
INGREDIENTS:
150g flour
150g icing sugar
3 eggs
250g almonds, peeled and grated
1 Mix almonds with sugar, flour and 2 eggs.
2 Make pretzel shapes from dough ( aprox 3 cm)
3 Whip rest of the eggs and brush the pretzels.
4 Bake until golden brown in moderately hot oven.
