INGREDIENTS:

6 egg yolks

5 tbsp sugar

1 liter whole milk

6 tsp rum

1 Whip egg yolks with sugar into thick foam.

2 Start adding hot milk while stirring all the time, then add rum.

3 Serve hot in cups.
