Wine Soup - Burma

Wine Soup Recipe From BurmaINGREDIENTS:
0,7 litre natural white wine                           
6 tbsp raisins
4 eggs
20g icing sugar
juice from 1 lemon

1 Cook raisins in little bit of water.

2 Whip the yolks with half of sugar, lemon juice and wine.

3 Pour mixture into the pot with cooked raisins and bring to boil.

4 Whip the firm snow from egg whites and rest of the sugar to decorate cold soup.
