Marinated Grapes - Azerbaijan
1 kg grapes
6 dl water
2,5 dl vinegar, cooked with lemon rind,basil and mint
150g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
4 seeds all spice
5 cloves
1/2 tsp star anise
1 Bring water to boil with sugar and vinegar.
2 Pour over the spices and let it cool.
3 Place grapes into the jars and pour cold marinade in it.
4 Leave it for 10-14 days.
5 Serve with grill meat or pate
