Coconut Chicken - Indonesia
1 chicken, cut in portions
3 cloves garlic, crushed with salt
2 onions, chopped
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
1 lemon
0.5 liter coconut milk
oil
1 Fry onion and garlic with coriander, pepper and bay leaf on oil in a deep frying pan.
2 Add chicken, pour little bit of water into the pan and stew until meat let the juice.
3 Add the coconut milk and bring to boil stirring all the time until chicken is soft and cooked.
4 Serve with rice.
