400g pork, diced
400g black beans
4 onions, chopped
150g cooking fat
40g bacon, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
400g rice
cumin
salt
1 Wash the beans and leave them soak in water over the night. Cook them in same water and drain.
2 Fry the pork on cooking fat, salt to taste. Add onions and garlic. Add water from beans, stir well and cook.
3 Add cumin, beans and steamed rice. Stew until soft.
4 Serve sprinkled with fried bacon.
