Almond Soup - Saudi Arabia
1,5 liter vegetable stock
40g butter
1 onion, finely chopped
20g flour
100g almonds, peeled and grated
0,2 liter soured cream
salt and pepper
1 Fry onion on butter, add flour.
2 Add stock stirring all the time.
3 Add almonds stir well and cover with lid.
4 Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
5 Remove from heat, add sour cream and salt and pepper to your taste.
