Pork With Vegetables - SpainINGREDIENTS:
500g pork, diced
10g cooking fat
2 onions, chopped
3 green peppers, cut into noodles                  
4 small pumpkin, diced
1 liter stock
4 eggs
butter
salt and pepper
parsley, chopped

1 Fry onions on butter. Add pork, salt and pepper to your taste. Stew without stock at first.

2 Add peppers and pumpkins. Add little bit of stock once in a while and stew until soft.

3 Serve with scrambled eggs and sprinkled with parsley.
