Carp Liu - China

Carp Liu Recipe From ChinaINGREDIENTS:
400g carp, cleaned and sliced
2 egg whites
1 tbsp starch, dipped in water
0,1 liter oil
ginger, sliced
1 leek, sliced
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
0,2 liter stock
0,1 liter rice wine
1 tsp wei-su
salt

1 Mix carp with egg whites and starch. Salt to your taste.

2 Fry carp in hot oil. Remove and leave it to drip.

3 Fry ginger, leek and garlic. Add stock, wine, wei-su and salt.

4 Stir well and add carp. Stew slowly. Thicken with starch.
